We want you to love your Tanya Taylor pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
